The Process

The process begins with a brief questionnaire so I can understand your baseline needs and goals. Then we will schedule an on-site meeting where I can further listen to your thoughts and concerns, analyze the situation, and provide initial feedback over the course of an hour or so. As a follow-up, I will provide a written summary of the visit to include additional detailed advice and resources.

Pricing

$175 for each session including site visit and written summary

The process begins with a questionnaire appropriate to the scale of your project. The questionnaire will address aspects related to your goals, vision, lifestyle, existing site conditions, timeline, and budget. After reviewing the questionnaire and meeting with you on-site, I will develop a fee proposal for the scope of work. The scope may include a site survey, soil sampling and analysis, a design concept, plans, and specifications. I do not offer installation services, but I can provide you with recommendations and manage the bidding and installation process for you. If you prefer to do the work yourself, I am happy to advise along the way.
